Jody Elliott “Miss Jody”
Jody is a certified elementary school teacher and was employed with the Palm Beach County Schools.  She has extensive experience working with elementary age school children ranging from first through the fifth grade.  Miss Jody has numerous teaching awards and certifications including the “No Child Left Behind” certification.  She is currently attending seminars on “Wellness Promotion”.  The goal of this task force is to promote children’s nutritional education and physical activity with the objective of improving children’s health and reducing childhood obesity.  Jody has experience with working youth summer camps in the Boca Raton area.  She also teaches Parent and Me classes at the gym and does private lessons with Special Olympics participants.

 Zbigniew Pala “Coach Pala”
Coach Pala has been involved with and coached youth sports for over 25 years.  He is a certified personal fitness trainer by the prestigious Cooper Institute of Dallas.  Coach Pala played professional soccer in Europe and holds an International “A” coaching license.  Coach Pala has owned and run his own children’s athletic and fitness business since 1993.  He has a degree in physiology and bio-mechanics from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow, Poland.  Coach Pala teaches recreational gymnastics and fitness classes to boys and girls at the gym.   

Amie Pala
Amie Pala is an avid equestrian and ridden and shown horses her entire life.  She is the wife of Coach Pala and has been active in the family’s youth fitness business.  Along with a 20 year banking background, Amie has been actively involved with a therapeutic riding stable in Austin, Texas that focuses on the healing relationship of horses and special needs children and adults.  Amie is responsible for administration in the gym.
